MAINTENANCE PROJECTS

Cotswold Estate Services currently has five teams dedicated to maintenance with an annual turnover of approximately £250,000. By allocating contracts to personnel on a long term basis, we aim to develop a sense of pride to ensure work is undertaken to the high standards which we, and our clients, expect.

Sites are visited on a minimum fortnightly basis throughout the growing season and monthly throughout the winter. Our teams are trained in skills such as pruning, as we aim to avoid the utilitarian approach seen so often, and rather seek to see the natural plant forms flourish.

The success of this regime is demonstrated by the repeat work we secure which is illustrated by the following selection of our contracts:

South Marston Park Estate
